On Your Bucket List? or as a Gift this is a 'Must Do' From 16-70 yrs old (2015, 2017, 2019 we had 50+ women with no hiking experience make it without a problem) if you are a moderate hiker with good mental fortitude this is for you. We only cover about 1500 ft in elevation a day, much of the hike flat or up and down from Lukla 9383 ft to Base Camp 17,598 ft. with 2 days at Namche Bazaar to help with slow acclimatize the same way the Professional Climbers do. So if this on your list Join in as the guest houses have come a long way in the last 20 years. You can add on extension for the tiger reverse or bird watching in the lowlands of Nepal too. or fly to Bali for 6 days to recover(my favorite). We can customize this to meet your needs.

Nepal: sovereign tiny country in size with areas of 147,181 which means only 0.3% coverage of Asia and it's land locked country between India to the East, West, South and Tibet(China) to North. But Nepal is rich in natural and cultural bio-diversity due to geographic variation from 60m/200ft to 8848m/29,029ft of Mt. Everest, which is top of the world. Mt Everest or Sagarmatha(Nepali), Chhomolongma(Sherpa/Tibetan) is the world highest mountain in the world which attracted the many people from very begging of 19th century. Nepal opened for foreign travels from 1950's, since then there are so many people travelled in Everest region to explore, adventure, leisure holidays etc. in 1976, Government of Nepal has declared the whole region as a National Park with inhabitant of Sherpa people and 1979 it's listed in 'World Heritage Site'. at present days, Everest region is one of the most popular destination for many people around the world. Trek in Everest Base will start from the Lukla Airport with about 30 minutes short mountain flight. Lukla is main gateway to Everest or home of Sherpa People who are known as world's famous mountain hero. The trek path is not only taking you through the home of Sherpa's or the Everest, but also combine with beautiful landscapes, snowy-melted rushing rivers, forest with many species of birds and Mammals including the Snow Leopards, domesticate Yaks, many rare alpine flowers. You will also have great opportunity to know about the Sherpa cultures with their religions -Buddhism.
